Boarding School
A boarding school can provide an extremely positive atmosphere for learning and personal growth. Potential directions range from a traditional boarding school environment to specialty schools and those focused on helping students with learning issues. Our firm works with parents and students in all of these areas – as a closely-knit team.
In each case, we start by meeting with your son or daughter to hear and test their hopes and aspirations – and assess their academic and extracurricular needs. We then discuss the viability of their candidacy with admissions officers at schools we may recommend. For those schools that seem the most appropriate fit, more information and campus visits follow.
We serve as an advocate for your son or daughter – and as an information resource for you. Our role is also as a liaison between your son or daughter and the admissions officers at each school you apply to, throughout the admissions process. And we assist with a variety of related details, including travel plans for campus visits, proofreading applications, critiquing essays and coaching effective interview techniques.
